The Hippopotamus Premiere Experience

April was filled with training workshops held by my Theatre Company together with auditions. The highlight for me early May was attending the Première of The Hippopotamus Movie at London's BFI where I was invited to the pre-party. I took my father with me, in his 80th year, to his first Premiere too! It was an amazing, surreal experience, especially when Fiona Shaw photo bombed a photo of me being taken with Tim McInnery. This was an evening I shall never forget - it was such a priviledge to be included at the Premiere evening despite the exclusive scenes I filmed in with Roger Allum and Tim didn't make the final edit. I do, however, appear in scene 5 but only a glimpse haha, but I still got my credit! I congratulate the Director John Jencks for all his hard efforts and work getting this movie to the box offices come 2nd June 2017. He told me it had taken him 10 years! This is a must see English comedy with Stephen Fry's character "Ted Wallace" played marvellously by Roger Allum. What a complete privilege for me to have filmed directly with him so early on in my acting journey.
