Summer 2017

Throughout the summer, I continued helping The Wrightstuff show attending twice weekly, working with Presenter Matthew Wright with issues for debate Live for Ch. 5. Its wonderful being part of the show especially meeting such wonderful people in the industry, especially my favourite since childhood, Christopher Biggins, pictured here with Christine Hamiliton.

I had an approach by Bad Taste Productions for a small role in their next feature film, Eaten Alive due for release in 2018. This was a great test in acting genre as a Psychiatric Patient completely drugged up and also a complete change to anything glamorous, as you can see from the picture here haha. My actor son Tommy Ray will also appear in the film.

As summer drew to an end, I had a welcome approach for representation by

my youngest son's child agency as they'd decided to branch out on the Adult actor side. Less than a week into the newly signed contract I received an audition that I was successful in and within days filmed in my first Commercial for TV.

Meanwhile, life has become freer so that I may continue training as an Actress. I recently joined John Gould of The Actor's Cafe for a 10 week course studying all techniques of acting, in particular Stanislavsky and Meisner. John works closely with his actors to teach character objectives bringing life to a script in the most naturally presented way for both Stage and TV/film. In between auditions, I believe to continue training keeps the mind focussed and ready for any auditions offered. I'm thoroughly enjoying my continued journey into the performing arts/entertainment world.
